L. J. Smith's Secret Circle was announced as being optioned by CW in October?  And no one told me?

Of course, my info comes from wikipedia, so I suppose that's suspect.

(Learned while watching Avalon High and wondering whatve seen the main actress in, and seeing it in her filmography.)

Urm...anyone have details?  Or shooting down hopes?

I am too! But...also very cautious? Because as fond as I am of the Vampire Diaries TV show, almost every problem I have with it is from the show itself, not the original books? And I'm worried the same will happen here. (Though maybe we'll end up with a couple characters who aren't rich white people...)
