Ah biweekly shipping, how I did miss you....

Also, the smaller shipment seems to have my comics back to the old delivery term of arriving early the next week, as opposed to at least a week after they were sent out, which I highly approve of.

Also got money this week, and worked on whittling down the "to buy" manga backlog.

Comics, all of which I've managed to get read:

ABC A-Z Terra Obscura And Splash Brannigan: Terra Obscura was cool, made me wanna check out the second mini, which I had skipped.  Splash Brannigan made as much sense as it did when I encountered it before, which wasn't much.
Annihilation Nova #1/Annihilation Ronan #1:  Nova's good.  Garthaan Saal got a mention, which made me happy.  Ronan's good, too, but hard to connect with.  Which the art was better for these books.
Birds Of Prey #93:  Good but confusing.  Nice to see Gypsy escaping being the JLA's wallflower/Martian Manhunter's daughter figure.  And I can't wait to see Shiva having to wear Dinah's outfit.
Blue Beetle #2: Going along well, until that horrid last line.
Captain America Vol 5 #17: One day, Mike Perkins will stop trying to immitate Guice and Epting and be a pretty good artist.  As it is, his Cap issues look like Epting had an off month.   Enjoying the story though, despite not being big on Sharon Carter.
JSA Classified #11:  Vandal Savage and Alan Scott both rock.  That is all.
Manhunter #21:    EEeeeyeh to that opening scene.  Still the strongest and most easily accessible OYL title, IMO.
Runaways Vol 2 #15:  Yes Nico, you were a very bad girl.  Glad that came out.  Pride:  you are forbidden to take Chase, Gert, or Victor.
Supergirl And The Legion Of Super-Heroes #17:  Quite funny, and I can see why the other Legionaires are having...issues...with Supergirl(and I'm amazed that someone actually managed to make that outfit work!)  ATM, I'm backing the "Dream Girl" theory on this one...
Usagi Yojimbo #93:  Awwww...that was so cute.  If a little light on text...
Villains United Infinite Crisis Special:  It made me happy and bouncy and I want the mini.
Witchblade #97:  Extremely good issue.  However:  I love the guy Ron Marz wrote, and I love the guy Mike Choi drew, but neither one is Ian Nottingham.  Ian is an overly serious, brooding assassin, not a charming, slightly boyish rogue.  Torn...so torn...
