The men in this show are still incredibly long and narrow.  Emily Rose still looks like Maggie Grace's long lost sister.  The writing is still not-so-good but adorable.

Never in my life did I think I would ever find it, uhm, cute for one guy to offer to set another guy up with hookers.  Who he apparently has on speeddial.

First time for everything?

I am SO HAPPY that real!Audrey is hanging around and I hope she stays forever.  I also like that the Audrey's like each other instead of hate each other.  I am not happy that Julia is gone, though.  I guess they decided to take Duke's love life another direction?  No reason not to, you know, find something else for her to do.  Evy seems fun, but I have a sneaky suspicion that this is using a "bad" woman from the guy's past to show how bad he was and how much he's improved, and am scared to get attached.  Also, I loved that Julia was actually a person who judged a smarmy, self-righteous criminal for being a smarmy, self-righteous criminal, with an extra dose of "dude, when you had goals who were cool, but now that you're the "sexy bad boy," you're kind of a loser."

Anyway, when/if Nathan is ever cured (and I think Audrey's purpose is the "cure" the Troubles every few decades) the boy will be a touchfreak.  TBH, though, it's really weird that Nathan doesn't touch Audrey more?  I mean, yeah, the whole "Nathan can feel no physical pain or pleasure UNLESS HE'S TOUCHING AUDREY" thing was pretty clearly put there to create giddy shippers, but even without that, you'd think he'd want to grab the chance more often.  Maybe he's worried that'll he'll just freak her out and she won't let him close anymore?  Though I think her grabbing him at the end of ep 2 was her pointing out that there is something he can feel.  (And possibly the closest real indicator of reciprocation on her part.  That really was a "Grow a brain already!" look.)

I like that there was a pre-Lucy version of Audrey, and that she wasn't all sweetness and light, based on Dave being scared of her.  My working theory is that the "original" version is someone from the beginning of the town's history who cures the Troubles and returns every 30~ years when the Troubles act up again.  I just wonder if there was ever a "real" one who was a normal person who was one of the first Troubled, or whatever, or if she's some sort of construct.  Either way, i'm guessing that they somehow "duplicate" someone else onto her brain so that she can be integrated with the then-modern world?
