update stuff and TWISTERZ!
Oct. 15th, 2005 11:16 amDon't like the name, but I tried out a new(to me, at least) Cheez-its snack called Twisterz! Specifically, the cheese and ranch variety. A little odd, but really good.
School much go away...soon...
It also seems that saying it looked like I wasn't going to get to check out any new manga for a while inspired me to read a few.

Watched This Week:
After the Sunset: A fun little heist movie. As expected, Salma Hayek does nothing but play Pierce Brosnan’s beard and give the viewer a really good look down her cleavage, but Pierce Brosnan, Woody Harrelson, and the secondary and far superior heroine, Naomie Harris more than make up for it.Ah! My Goddess vol 1: Always and Forever
Escaflowne vol 4
Twelve Kingdoms vol 3-5: Ppppprrrreeeeeetttttyyyyy…so very, very pretty. Pretty enough to forgive TWO recap episodes…still, Youko’s first story wraps up and we get a similar, parallel story about another ruler ascending their throne. Looking at the second half of the series, it looks like that’s how the series/books are set up: Youko adventure, parallel story about another ruler, throughout. If there’s any love for me, these books will be published in English…
Read this week:
Ghost Hunt Vol 1: Picked it up because it’s written by(and based on the books by) Fuyumi Ono, who wrote the Twelve Kingdoms books. A fun little book. Not nearly as complex or intricate as
Inu Yasha Vol 23
Wallflower Volume 5: The problem with this book is that, after reading it, there’s no point in reading any other comedy for a while, because my reaction will be “is that it? That’s all you’ve got?”
ABC A To Z Tom Strong And Jack B Quick
Captain America Vol 5 #10: Oh look, just like every other House of M hijac…err “tie-in” except for Cable/Deadpool, a whole issue devoted to completely interrupting the series w/ no way whatsoever to work in the regular goings on, and that will have no effect on the series afterwards…
Darkness #23: Uhm, Mr. Wohl, did we forget WHICH
Gatesville Company #1: Interesting…
Marvel 1602
New Thunderbolts #13: Blizzard’s gone? ::sulks:: And…uhm…yeah, so, there are TWO people who I can think that could be on the last page…
New X-Men #16-18: Gaah…I willingly picked up a House of M book…Mattson’s been pestering me to check this out for a while, and finally won with the “Jubilee” trump card. Pretty good. I’ll check out some of the regular stuff as a better test.
Robert Jordans New Spring #2: I’m so glad I had James available to clear up a lot of the context in this one…
Silent Dragon #3: Begone, little blonde bundle of annoyance, so I can get back to enjoying this as much as I did the first two issues.
Teen Titans Outsiders Secret Files 2005
