Where's my hot water?

So, aspparently there was a water leak today(I knowthis because of the huge mass of water in the parking lot and the not on my door that was left at some point today saying that it was going to be off for an hour)

Apparently, they messed up the hot water, as it was only just starting to warm up as I was finishing my shower...
