grargh...even under normal circumstances, media mail can take up to 4-5 weeks, and two or so weeks isn't unusual.  Therefore, sending angry emails 2 weeks after payment demanding a refund and claiming that media doesn't take that long over the holidays and I couldn't possibly have mailed it since you don't have it is stupid and rude and accusatory.

Yes, the last few weeks have been annoying.  So nice to get rude emails well within a normal safety range, much less holiday.
