My desk earlier when I was mostly at non-internet computer: Warm.
Where I have been all day: Warm.
Main desk where I went to get paperwork: Warm.
Break room: Warm.
Main floor: Warm.
My desk, here I cannot move from because I have to do this paperwork from: COLD!!!!!
Have retrieved jacket from car. Still cold.
Also, I don't watch and am not particularly interested in Torchwood(I've had it recced, but some of the things I've heard about the characters-one being a rapist and another not caring when his soldier's negligence caused the unnecessary death of a child-have largely negated the chances of my checking it out) but what's the "I hope Gwen dies in a fire" thing? Ignoring the issues raised with my understanding of things being that she's the only regular female around(I could be wrong) this seems an odd mantra. The first time I head it, I assumed the poster was ranting about one person saying it, but I've seen it around a lot since, largely in places that, as far as I know, are unrelated beyond the Torchwood interest. Is there something in the show to lead to that particular wish, or is it something one person said that's caught on?
Yes, a very weird thing to ask about, but I've seen it enough -on both sides-in various places that I'd like to understand what's going on with it, beyond the obvious hatred of the character.
