The more of this I read, the more it makes me think of Joan of Arc. I’m sure I don’t have to explain why that causes me some concern.

Which is probably an association I should take note of.

Anyway, I've been cranky all day and part of last night because I've hate a headache since late last night (which I suspect has led to a few instances of repeatedly sticking my foot firmly in my mouth), though it did go away for a bit.  Now, when I say "headache," I don't mean something that has the decency to be a piercing pain for a couple ours and then go away so you can get on with things, but a dull, throbbing ache that persists for hours and hours and makes you notice every single sound and won't go away and every once in a while, it will stab you in the head and you'll think you can use it to justify going home sick but then it goes back to the throbbing ache and you curse your work ethic because you can work through that*.

Anyway, usually when I have these headaches, anything vaguely fandom related is nowhere near my mind, unless I'm randomly making icons (a stressfree DOING SOMETHING).  Today I thought about Dollhouse, and noticed something.

spoilers through most recent episode )

*Please don't suggest that I try lying down to rest through this.  When I do, I get twitchy and restles and am filled with the overwhelming need to OMG DO SOMETHING DO SOMETHING NOW CANNOT TAKE IT!!!  I can't take not doing anything, which is why books and DVDs and computer files are constantly being reorganized.
