Me:I hope so, as I'm standing 3 feet in front of you and you'd have to be legally blind not to notice the six-month-old child I am holding who is fascinated by all the colors. "Actually, he's my nephew, and going home tomorrow."
Observational skills that will impress the customer: "You have I butterfly on the face of your watch. I suppose you like butterflies?"
