OK, first: those who were on the 10 minutes it was up know I tried to do a Nicholas Tse picspam earlier, but weirdness happened.  Basically, if I'm trolling for pics, the only ones I'll save to my computer are ones I might make icons of later, the rest I just dump in my main photobucket folder.  As I never really make icons of actors as themselves, just characters, I dumped them in photobucket, but for some reason, a lot showed up as being hotlinked(photobucket fluke?  Website weirdness?).  Has anyone ever had that happen before?  I mean, it's so weird and unlikely that I probably wouldn't believe it if I didn't know better, but...yeah, weird.  (I'm sure I shall redo the picspam, but for now, I'm too busy maniacally saving pics I SHALL likely make icons of eventually to bother making a folder for stuff I won't)

Incidentally, does anyone else DESPISE LJ's new way of posting vids as much as I do?

Ah Nu and Tang Yu cuteness.  Because it is inpossible to be sad when it comes to them, even for the angsty stuf.

Wow!!! Chinese Paladdin seems honestly too good!! But, is this really angsty. I remember you telling me that it was funny at the beginning and in the end big ball of angst. And after watching the second vid I was all "yeah!! GO!!" but then I watched the third one and bam! Don't tell me they don't end up together o_O? The hell?

I'm still podnering about Chinese Paladdin. I know myself, I cn take angst but not too much. Goong was already killing me ^^. I'm still not going to watch the spoilery ones cause the drama seems really pretty. I'll probably will watch it, but not as a first.

It's really very good, and there is a lot of angst but, IMO, not undeserved angst(the problem I have with Goong and really a lot of dramas is that there seems to be angst just to have angst as a story propellant)

Ah Nu and Tang Yu have a sad story, but it's hard to be sad about them and they DO end up together.

But yeah, if you want a period drama but not a lot of angst, I'd say Lost in the Chamber of Love, Gentle Crackdown, or Satomi Hakkenden.
