On the latest "Identity Crisis Killer" rumors...

First of all, if Nightwing is the killer, I'm blaming Tramp-tula. ::spits::

Anyway...

One thing that makes me think there might be some weight to the rumors(NONONONONONONO!!!!!!) is all these futures poping up featuring Tim Drake as Batman. Now, I really all these are being set pretty well into the future, but does anyone here REALLY think Tim will become Batman if there's even a chance that Dick is still around to take over. Just killing Dick won't do it...Green Arrow is proof that no death is good enough to keep someone down. Also, what better way to have Tim REALLY become the next Batman than by having his "brother" kill his father? Batman or better angst there...

Though, as anyone who reads Nightwing knows, Dick hasn't exactly had time for any extracurricular killing, unless it happened after the road trip with Tramp-tula started...in which case I can DEFINATELY blame it on her...

Tim should never be Batman. Even if(after) they finally knock off Bruce - it just isn't Tim's role.

But I don't think it's Dick or Kyle. Kyle would just be bad storytelling and I can't see Dick being someone they'd be willing to off.

Someone has a grudge against particular silver age folks, access to the satellite trophy room, and is connected to the villains in some unseen manner. Still all up in the air to me.

I agree...Dick should be Batman. Tim just wants to be Robin and I think, now, possibly, Nightwing, when he gets to old if Dick becomes Bats and wants him to...but he shouldn't be Batman. But I can see them doing it...
