I just uploaded 120 pics of this drama to photobucket.  Instead of one huge picspam, I'll do several small ones.  For now, just a few pics of the leads, Bobby Dou and Eva Huang, mostly of both of them.

Bobby Dou is, just looks wise, much better suited to modern stuff(just based on pics, his looks go up a good bit without the hair and layers) That said, I didn't think much of him in pics or the first couple eps of The Little Fairy, but ended up loving him, looks and all.

hmm, I am really not too convinced by bobby dou. i was hoping that he might join the select club of lads who look good in wuxia but not so good in modern... ah well!

his hair is a bit big isnt ie? maybe they discovered back-combing in the old days?

eva huang looks gorgeous in that close up of her face with the hat and scarf!

I think a large part of the problem is that they tend to dress these guys in layers and layers to make them look more built, but Bobby is relatively large framed to sytart with, so all the layers(and the questionable hair) tend to make him look kinda...ape-like.
