and now, a bit of randomness before work

1. After seeing this picture, only death(or continued scraping by) will keep me from watching Get Karl! Oh Soo Jung.

Oh Ji Ho forced to cosplay random fantasy sequences again? Oh say it's so kdrama gods, say it's so...
2. According to the cover of New Warriors #7, Night Thrasher was only 20 in Civil War. Also according to the cover, the new Thrash has rather mismatched legs and wears a sizable cup. I am very disappointed in myself for noticing one part of that. Even though I was mostly marvelling at the leg.

3. The cover of Marianne Mancusi's Moongazer (the Shomi line in general, really) is proof that cover art cannot be held against authors. Especially romance novels. I actually rather like the basic design and composition(both are relatively generic, but work) it's just that the art is bad amerimanga art gone bad. And I can't help but ponder what happened beforehand in the pic...

Now, I'm not sure what the artist wanted to convey with their faces, but I'm getting that somebody got grabby with the sword and is now sulking because he can't have it while secretly planning to get it for himself, while someone else is being quite possessive and is very suspicious and shall lop body parts off should they go near her precious.
4. They changed the entire cast(except Wayne Lai) for Gentle Crackdown 2. Don't know if they recast the roles for a sequel(nnnnnnoooooooooooooooo) or if there are new characters, but I am greatly depressed by this.

If you click my "fantasy couple" tag, you'll see him in one or two other such themes...
