This is the result of 1 lane of moving traffic at rush hour at a major (for here) freeway intersection.

Yes, it is. And if it's a girl "if you have sons, don't bring them or They Die." and if it's a girl born within a couple years, "Don't bring Sasuke. He can't come over again. Ever."
