 I need to have it emphasized that just because i HAVE a coupon for 30% off at Waldenbooks that I can print and use as many times as I want by Tuesday, it doesn't I SHOULD use it as many times as I can.  Observe:

(in my defense the Tsubasa books and Vol 6 of xXxHoLic were 50% percent off...)

Also, since my "no Clamp" ban has been dropkicked out the window why is it that Clover, the only Clamp book that I've really really specifically wanted to read...is no longer available?  *sulks*

Plus, want examples of extreme self control?

1.   Bite your tongue for 10 full minutes while someone in Bookstore A gushes about what a wonderful, wonderful book Eragon is and how they're so glad it's been expanded to 4 volumes(WHY?  WHYWHYWHY?!?!?!  It will test my sanity to make it through ONE more, much less TWO!)

2. Refrain from delivering physical vengeance by way of a book upside the head in Bookstore B when some kid screams "OMG! DRAGONBALL Z!" six inches from your ear(yes, he said "OMG!"  Not "Oh my god!" or "Oh my gosh!"  or "OH OH OH!" but "OMG!") and then he and his buddy loudly crowd you out of the part oh the manga section you were in.  Oh little ones, you are so very, very lucky I had already spotted and grabbed my 50% off manga when you did that...

I sincerely believe that only fear of damaging the book saved them. I did take vindictive pleasure, though, in their debate a minute or two later(anime was on the other side) about which volume of the yu-gi-oh manga had greater collectors' value.
