fake!Carter looked familiar, but I can't place her.

Meanwhile, where are the Tok'ra?  i've been a good girl, but it's been 11 eps and not a Tok'ra in sight...how can there be Papa Carter appearances without the Tok'ra?

Jill Teed was Yolanda Reed, and she's been in all sorts of things, due to the nature of Vancouver and the ten actors who work there (most notably, Bobby's mama in X2, iirc. She's also a marine sergeant on BSG twice).
