*Uhm...ah...I'm not sure anything in the world tops Thor giving Kinsey the supreme verbal smackdown with two words. In fact, I'm not sure anything else is worthy of being mentioned in the same post...
*Of course, that's partly because there was no Bra'tac or papa Carter. That saddens me. As does no Ba'al.
*But NIRRTI WAS BACK! That made me very, very happy as we seem to have lost all the old school goa'uld(and Tok'ra) the last could seasons...
*And so was Maybourne. Course, I knew how that would end up as soon as he wanted to get off planet, but hey, the fun is in the watching, not the knowing what's happening. please tell me that wasn't the last of him, though...
*Glad to see they're finally getting some flak over keeping the program a secret. Not to mention that the Russians are starting to be shown in a more positive light(seriously, I don't get the whole "exiled to Russia is the worst fate ever" thing, or why they were often shown to be wrong for...being right...I mean, the Americans were also shown to be wrong so I didn't bother me as much as it would have otherwise, but they were usually more wrong, but it wasn't shown that way.)
*I consistently love Jonas more and more. And get more and more depressed that he isn't staying. It cracked me up that they obviouly went digging for something he couldn't knowm just so there'd be something he didn't know. And I was saddened that Nirrti's fascination with him was cut off so soon.
*Jaffa not trained by Bra'tac continue to be subpar.
*Still no more Ba'al. It's like I was given a brief glimpse of awesomeness and then robbed of it forevermore.

And Paradise Lost is still such a pretty episode. *happysigh*

Date: 2007-12-17 10:44 pm (UTC)Thor is always awesome, but just as I was finally getting over his outthinking the entire US government and military when he "asked" for help with the replicators, he came back and delivered the best 2 word smackdown ever. And I loved the "I wish I didn't think Jack O'Neill was kidding" implication in his exchange. O'Neill does not like=Asgard do not like. He's like their favorite pet.
Paradise Lost was, indeed, very, very pretty. And I possibly "aww"-ed at the Carter/Teal'c hug.
