meganbmooreEp 6: The Blind Bandit:
*Earth bending school street peddler? Serioulsy? And they took it seriously?
*See silly earth boys? It isn't worth being mean to Aang if Katara's around...
*I am deeply disturbed by Sokka's enthusiasm at the match.
*Sokka says she's a girl and will get whipped. This means she will win and spend the rest of the episode makiung a fool of him. Like Suki.
*Hmmm...so this is Toph...
*Toph has interesting Aang-training techniques. Rather like Azula's recruitment techniques in a way.
*I think Toph spitting caused her father to have a stroke.
*Her father changed his mind? That is so a lie.
*Yup, it was.

*Oh Zuko, your commitment to your emo is truly amazing.

*The turtleducks are amazingly cute.
* *perks* Is this a childhood crush on Zuko from Mai that I detect?
*Alas, poor Zuko is not a match for Azula. At any age.
*Aww, Little Zuko saved Little Mai from fire...
*I think Iroh put the wrong names of the gift boxes...
*Zuko, while it was impressive how well you suppressed your emo there, you should not be letting small children play with your swords.
*Iroh had a son who died? *sad face*
*Azula, my love for you will not tolerate calling Iroh a loser and a quitter. Just so you know.
*Aww, poor little Zuko...just keep trying. You'll get very good at flinging fireballs, trust me.
*Wow Zuko, you've really been practicing your stoic, haven't you?
*Well bah. Impressive as that was, I was rather hoping Zuko would kick the earthbender's butt without using firebending.
*Now what kind of gratitude was that? The Earth Nation is rather low on worthwhile characters, isn't it?
*That was a very impressive emo backstory and angst amplifier, really.

*Poor Mai...still bored. OTOH...IROH!
*Dear Sokka: Please stop fighting girls. It only makes you look bad.
*Oh Mai, if something ever excites you or makes you smile, I fear your face will shatter. Like Jason Bourne's.
*That was a very good Zuko impression, Azula.
*Many years of Zuko training has prepared Iroh for Toph. Toph has too much humor to match Zuko's emo.
*Ok Aang, just mosey off to safety while the flamey people are posturing please.
*I think Aang has monkey and frog DNA. Seriously.
*Zuko dear, no letting your emo get in the way of healing Iroh. Thank you.
*Meanwhile, Azula is smarter than the rest combined.

* *snort* "I know, she's my sister. We should try to get along." "No, she's crazy. She's got to be taken down." That's right Iroh, don't let nostalgia get in the way. I'm sure that whole attack thing contributed to the assessment.
*Well, I suppose this does count as gentle and kind for Toph...
*That's right, Iroh, you have him listening and drinking tea. Don't worry about the techinalities.

Hmm...so that is Toph. I like her, but she's rather bratty and needs a few reality checks before it'll go up to love. Still, she's no cocky twig chewer.
