Slayers Try eps 6-9

1. Runaway temple-train-ruins.
2. Lina bullies dragons.
3. Gourry is an ace construction worker.
4. Filia and Xellos continue to reduce each other to the mental age of 5.
5. Gaav Jr. is apparently the last surviving member of the Ancient Dragon Race. Each member of the species was apparently as powerful as thousands of gold dragons. The gold dragons hunted them into extinction. *facepalm* I suppose this means there are millions of gold dragons? (Do they never think these powerful race/warrior race/assassin race things through?)
6. Lina successfully bullied dragons.
7. Filia and Zelgadis were surprisingly chipper about being thieves. Zel especially.
8. The 2 greatest rules of anime have been proven true: 1) No one but the heroes can be trusted, everyone else will sell you out. 2) Kids are smarter than all the adults combined. Even a single kid.
9. Filia bullied Lina. This is actually more impressive than Lina bullying dragons.
10. Lina can neither draw nor design architecture to save her life.
Also, this AMV greatly amuses me. (Really, Slayers has some AMVs with amazing timing, even if the picture quality isn't always great...how'd it get to be so lucky?)

Date: 2008-02-14 03:54 pm (UTC)Right now, the community's having a call for suggestions of vids and fandoms. I was wondering if any of the Slayers vids you've linked would work. I can't watch vids on this laptop because the color is so far off that images don't come through well. It's simply too painful and confusing for me.
