rachelmanija  and lady_ganesh have opened livelongnmarry , a community devoted to raising funds to fight the bill that will effectively negate the recent law that allows homosexual couples to get married in California.  It is a mean and stupid bill that must be squashed.  rachelmanija   explains the community and how it works here.

Hmm, this looks like fun and for a good cause. I'm trying to think if I can offer anything anyone would want. I'd probably be the Exercise in Obscure Fandoms.

Do you write fanfic or draw fanart? Or any sort of graphics? Proofreading/copyeditting/etc? A lot of people are offering those up.

Unfortunately, I can't draw and haven't written in years, and no graphic I make is worth spending money on, so I'm at a loss for how to contribute.
