Oh! Hahahaha! I thought Regency Buffy was Colleen Gleason's Gardella Chronicles. Mostly because Libba Bray's Gemma Doyle trilogy takes place in Victorian England. And there are no vampires.

WHAT!!?!?

I HAVE BEEN DECEIVED!!!!

I HAVE SEEN PEOPLE CALL THEM REGENCY BUFFY!!!

(I even asked one of the people who called it that if they were sure, because the outfits looked more Victorian and I thought it was something else that was regency Buffy...)

Then...then...what are the Brays?

*actually, I prefer Victorian...*

Yes but I will qualify that statement. There are moments where you will want to strangle the characters. I'm 98% sure it was intentional on Bray's part but wow, yeah, you will want to choke each of the characters at one point or another. Usually way more than one point or another. Since I personally find I want to strangle characters more often than not, this didn't bother me but I can see how it'd aggravate other people.
