 Alas, work is slowing down and the overtime shall soon go away unless it picks up again.  I was hoping it'd at least last 2-3 paychecks...

Also, I had green tea for the first time today.  (What can I say?  It isn't common here!)  Specifically, Diet Lipton Green Tea.  It tastes good(aside from that tea aftertaste I hate) but I've been kinda light headed since I finished it.

My favorite drink at Starbucks is iced green tea, unsweetened. Sometimes I make it at home in my iced tea maker. I'm trying to eliminate sweeteners and sugar, but it's hard to find anything to drink that isn't sweet. But I like unsweetened iced tea, so that's what I get.

I dislike most beef, and am not big on most ham(just bacon and Thanksgiving style of ham.) Much prefer fish, chicken, pasta/bread and veggies.

It occurred to me that while I love beef (I'm not too big on pork unless it's BBQ or bacon myself), I'm sure if I was surrounded by it as much as I'm sure you are in your neck of the woods, I probably wouldn't like it very much either.

Yeah. If it weren't the default meat everywhere, what people fix when there's company or a special occasion, OR JUST WHAT IT'S ASSUMED EVERYONE LOVES, then I likely wouldn't mind it as much.

I love green tea (and green tea flavored things like gourmet pocky and ice cream and yokan jelly), but it took a few years of repeated exposure for me to like it for itself, and not constantly compare it unfavorably to the black tea I grew up drinking.
