You know, in between watching season 1 of Psych last year and watching (abour 2/3 so far) season 2 this week, I forgot how much I really, really love Juliet.  Probably even moreso this season, as there's less of a sense that she buys into Shawn's act, and more that she gives him the benefit of the doubt because she can't figure out how he does it.

I wouldn't be surprised if she's got more than an inkling of how he does it, but let's it slide, since hey...he gets results.

On a completely unrelated note, at least to Juliet, there's a scene that kicked off the new season, with a flashback to 1995, Sean's in high school, and gets pulled into the police station, and we meet a young Officer Lasiter. With a very bad moustache. I laughed, and immediately thought to share it with you.

And then remembered a month later.

But yes, I do quite enjoy Juliet's presence. Cute and perky. In a good way.

I get the feeling she somewhat wants to believe the psychic stuff is real, because otherwise, he's been lying to her non-stop since they met. (Which would be why, despite the cuteness, I'd really rather they not get together...or ast least not until he comes clean.)

I'm always surprised at how they can make her so nice and trusting and always believing in the good of people, but still believable as a good, competent (and sometimes badass) police officer.
