This seems to be losing steam. Or rather, not really gathering up steam. I keep waiting for some of the focus to shift to Enma Ai and her helpers, but it never does. Aside from the chapter with Enma Ai’s origin, they’ve been in the background even more than in previous volumes. In addition, the stories are becoming more repetitive, with new takes on old trends, but similar results. The dolls as a part of the bargain also seem to come and go, and the rule about only being able to access the website at midnight doesn’t always seem to apply.
But even though we have main characters, they’re barely around, and the focus characters not only aren’t around long enough to get interesting, but most have similar problems, making them blend in together. It’s like a lot of interesting ideas and possibilities are just sitting around, doing nothing.
Still, I remain very interested in Enma Ai and her helpers, their stories, how they all came to be together, etc. Does the anime focus more on that, or is it also mostly about the people who go to Enma Ai for help? If anyone has read further in the manga, can you tell me if there’s an eventual shift in focus?

But season one of the anime beats them all with it's more memorable characters, more shocking stories and overall better feel. Not to mention the art for the anime is much prettier than the manga. So I'd highly recommend the anime, if only the first two seasons.
