manga: Claymore ch 90

Hey! Tabitha has a new hairstyle! A nice, practical one at that. But the important thing is that we can tell her and Cynthia apart now! Yay! Of course, it’s still up to me to keep their names straight.  (On a shallow level-what else is new?-I really like that one panel of her in profile.)

I love how Helen and Deneve just sent Dietrich to Miria. How much threatening to behave and not betray them do we think Helen did before Deneve made her stop?

I love that Dietrich had hunted Galatea and probably made life Difficult for Galatea before, and their whole “Next time!” bit that wasn’t really a “Next time!” bit. I am saddened that Dietrich is staying loyal to the organization, but anticipate fights of stoic regret and acceptance!

Is it just me, or was Miria not overly pleased that Galatea is “informing” them of things? Methinks someone senses a threat to her harem. And Galatea can sense things happening at the other end of the continent? *sparkles*

Clare cuts off Yuna’s leg to save her from Dauf! That shouldn’t excite me, but it does! And Clare senses that she must meet Raffaela! That should excite me and it does! I hope she remembers to save Rene along the way.

Haha I love how Galatea was like, just very nonchalantly, "Oh BTW, just so you know, there's an enemy warrior hiding her yoki coming this way and she's almost on top of you guys, lolz catch you later." And you could just tell that Miria was thinking "OKAY A) IT IS KIND OF IRRITATING THAT YOU ARE SO GOOD AT THIS AND B) COULDN'T YOU HAVE TOLD US THIS EARLIER MAYBE?"

Except that Yuma already lost an arm during the Northern Campaign. Poor kid just can't catch a break.

And all this stuff with Galatea and Miria butting heads is especially funny to me because I've been seriously thinking of writing vaguely angsty hanging-out-in-Rabona Galatea/Miria fic. lol.

New claymore!!! I love Galatea and the way she continues to pwn everything! Even Miria looked flummoxed. But Dietrich was also awesome that she made Galatea's life, as you said, Difficult.
