Of Swords and Parasols

Wow, people weren't kidding when they said Onmyoji was one seriously slashy movie (says the person who has nothing resembling slash goggles).  Movies that describe themselves as epic romances don't have these lines.  For that matter, I think there are a few Clamp hasn't tried yet.

(Sometimes hoyay and subtext are debatable.  Sometimes they're going on about how they're incomplete without the other, how life has lost meaning without the other, how they can't go on without the other, how they are each other's other half etc etc.  Context might dilute the effect, but not by too much.)

Regardless of Your thoughts on Yaoi Slash, though, this is a pretty fun historical Japanese fasntasy film with good myth bits and great acting.
