Of Swords and Parasols

Does anyone know of a summary of the history of Jim C. Hines's Snow White?  For whatever reason*, the only book in the series I can find is The Snow Queen's Shadow, and it doesn't have a lot of the "middle" stuff.  I remember the basics, but could do with a refresher.

 

*Ok, the reason is that I only read it a few months ago and so it hasn't had time to get lost in the stacks of books like the others, which are somewhere in this apartment, I just don't know where.  (My bathroom is literally the only place that doesn't have books.)
