Date: 2008-11-22 03:18 am (UTC)though it still kinda creeps the hell out of me, personallyWhat I can't comprehend is the young and educated adults who think the series is literary gold. I actually had to sit and listen to a classmate talking about how "witty and smart" Bella was. It took a lot of willpower for me to turn around and ask if they read the same book.
And the college aged students and adults make up a large portion of the fandom, believe it or not.
