fake!Carter looked familiar, but I can't place her.

Meanwhile, where are the Tok'ra?  i've been a good girl, but it's been 11 eps and not a Tok'ra in sight...how can there be Papa Carter appearances without the Tok'ra?

 I have started reading Martha Wells's The Element of Fire, and I have to say that the commander of the guards leading a cat burglar style raid to invade a sorcerer's mansion to save another sorcerer is ALMOST as good as an opening as an assassin-turned-courtier scalling the palace walls out of boredom and then almost falling to his death when his fiancee investigated why the window was opening.
